This is the same exact training that is received by law enforcement for DUI detection and alcohol enforcement. I am also one of the very few attorneys in the state of Michigan to obtain such certification. I am confident that having received the same training as the police in field sobriety testing has allowed me to gain an edge in the courtroom, as well as when cross-examining the prosecution's evidence against my clients.
